As per Rule 3.5.3, the ?Average Output? of a Generating Unit is the mean average of the physically generated net outputs, or Metered Volume where applicable in MWh, multiplied by two to convert to MW and stated to three decimal places, of that Generating Unit in the three Settlement Periods identified within Historic Performance Data.
