The proposed South Hook combined heat and power (CHP) station is being developed on the site of the existing South Hook LNG Terminal near Herbrandston Pembrokeshire in Wales. The site is centred at National Grid Reference SM 874 063. Neither the auxillary load or the Associated Load (question AY) have been taken account of within the CMU component. We cannot see a definition of 'Associated Load' within the Capacity Market Rules and assume that this relates to private wires and will be dealt with the the Approved Metering Solution. We anticipate that the private wire and the auxillary load will be separately metered but this is not yet designed. |
